SecureFlowSense provides real-time Windows asset tracking and monitoring services. The Service includes our web platform, software agents, APIs, and related tools designed to help organizations track, secure, and manage their Windows devices.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

11. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data will be completely secure or not subject to loss. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SECUREFLOWSENSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SecureFlowSense and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason without notice or liability, including if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate these Terms by canceling your account and ceasing all use of the Service. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your data may be deleted.

16. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.

18. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SecureFlowSense regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
